Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 12, 2026 · Last Updated: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to Niva Wealth (“Niva Wealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the publisher of nivawealth.com (the “Site”). It explains what information we collect when you visit the Site and how we use it.
The Site is informational. It has no user accounts, it does not ask you to link a financial account, and it does not collect financial information. The planning guides on the Site are written by a representative of Simple Money Advisors LLC, a California-registered investment adviser. If you engage that firm for advisory services, its own privacy notice governs the information you give it.
1. Information We Collect
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information when you load a page: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring URL and a timestamp. We use these logs to operate and secure the Site and to understand which pages are read.
Information you send us. If you email us, book a conversation through the link on the Site, or report a correction, we receive what you send and the contact details you provide. The booking link is operated by a third-party scheduling service under its own privacy policy.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or visitor-identification services on the Site. If that changes, this policy will say so before it takes effect.
2. How We Use Information
- Operate, secure and improve the Site
- Respond to your messages, booking requests and correction reports
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We share information with the service providers that run the Site, currently Vercel (hosting) and the scheduling and email providers through which you contact us, under agreements that govern their handling of it. If you ask to be introduced to the adviser who writes the guides, we share your message and contact details with Simple Money Advisors LLC. We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
4. Data Retention
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period in the ordinary course. Correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain our business records and comply with legal obligations.
5. Your Rights Under California Law (CCPA)
Subject to applicable exceptions, if you are a California resident you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose
- Request deletion or correction of your personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party websites, including the SEC’s Investment Adviser Public Disclosure site, the firms profiled and the scheduling service we use. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
